HAYAT's Al Nakhla Project is a 30 hectare, 626 Villa Community including; single family duplex villas, single family executive villas, 448 apartments and studios, a shopping mall, school, medical centre & commercial business towers.  The Community is located just north east of ring road exit 8. APC SA an initial staff of 11 Project Management professionals with a planned peak staff of 35. Perfect Safety Record so far. The Project has 7 major contractors.

 

NEW PRODUCTION FACILITY AND OFFICES (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) 40,000 m²

 

Caterpillar is a world famous American equipment manufacturer and selected APC as its Project Manager for its new backhoe manufacturing facility in China.

APC employed a staff of 7 Project Management professionals including one Project Manager, three Engineers/Supt’s (Civil, Mech and Elect), one Procurement Manager, one Contract Administrator, and one Safety Manager. Perfect Safety Record as APC has directly supervised 1,500,000 man hours of construction labor with ZERO lost time accidents.APC managed the schedule from its inception and the project was completed on time and within budget. The Project had 5 major contractors and greater than one hundred equipment purchase orders.

 

NEW PRODUCTION FACILITY AND OFFICES (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) 15,000 m²

 

Gardner Denver is a world famous American equipment manufacturer and selected APC as its Project Manager for its new compressor manufacturing facility in China.

APC employed a staff of 5 Project Management professionals including one Project Manager, two Superintendents (Civil, and Elect), one Procurement Manager and one Safety Manager.Perfect Safety Record as APC has directly supervised 435,000 man hours of construction labor with ZERO lost time accidents. APC managed the schedule from its inception and completed the project two weeks ahead of schedule and under budget. This was lump sum turnkey project managed by APC from conceptual design through start-up.

 

NEW PRODUCTION FACILITY AND OFFICES (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) 42,000 m²

 

This was General Motor's second JV in China. Both of ACP's  Executives  were managers on this Project prior to establishing APC.  One was the PM and the other was Construction Manager.

This  project employed a staff of 15 Project Management professionals including one Project Manager, one Construction Manger, three Engineers/Supt’s with three Field Engineers (Civil, Mech and Elect), one Procurement Manager, one Contract Administrator,  three Document Controllers,  one Quality Manager and one Safety Manager.Perfect Safety Record as the team has directly supervised 2,750,000 man hours of construction labor with ZERO lost time accidents.The management team  managed the schedule from its inception and the project was completed on time and within budget.The Project had 5 major contractors and 14 sub-contractors.

 

NEW AGRICULTURE TECHNICAL THEME PARK (MIXED USE BUILDINGS) 530 ha

 

Otherwise known as 7 Colors Park, this 530 hectare site will include 20 new themed buildings and 17 processing factories. APC was selected as its Chinese Engineering Manager by LBCD (Canada) as shown below.

APC presently employs a staff of 6 Project Management professionals including one Project Manager, one Architect, one Structural Engineer,  two Technical Engineers and one Contract Administrator. APC’s role is to provide technical support in China for its Canadian Client in coordinating its Preliminary Design with the local Chinese Design Institute responsible for delivering the working construction drawings. APC’s Client has greater than 100 Canadian engineers of multi-disciplines working full time on this project that are located in both Canada and China.
